Job Description

The Executive - Telecaller will be responsible for handling patient calls, appointment booking, follow-up calls, service enquiries, lead coordination, and call center documentation at Health1 Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires any graduate qualification, 0–1 year of experience, good communication skills, polite phone etiquette, computer knowledge, and patient-focused behavior. The candidate will support smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and politely.
  • Respond to patient enquiries regarding doctors, appointments, services, timings, and hospital facilities.
  • Book appointments and coordinate consultation schedules as per doctor availability.
  • Make follow-up calls for appointments, reports, procedures, feedback, and pending visits.
  • Maintain call records, enquiry logs, appointment trackers, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, TPA, and clinical departments.
  • Provide accurate information without giving unauthorized medical advice.
  • Follow call scripts, communication standards, and hospital service protocols.
  • Escalate patient complaints, urgent requests, or complex queries to seniors promptly.
  • Support lead conversion, patient reminders, and service follow-up activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient contact details and hospital information.
  • Handle calls with empathy, patience, and clear communication.
  • Update patient information correctly in software or tracking sheets.
  • Support call center targets related to call quality, response time, and follow-up closure.
  • Create a professional and helpful first communication experience for patients.
