Roles & Responsibilities
- Support daily healthcare operations and patient service coordination.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, nursing, and administration teams.
- Maintain operational trackers, patient records, MIS reports, and daily documentation.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital processes and department flow.
- Follow up on pending services, reports, appointments, and patient requests.
- Assist in admission, discharge, referral, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle patient queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
- Support service quality, patient satisfaction, and workflow improvement activities.
- Monitor patient waiting time, delays, and operational gaps.
- Prepare daily reports and update management or supervisors as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
