Lab Executive

The Lab Executive will be responsible for coordinating laboratory operations, sample tracking, documentation, reporting support, and communication between departments. This requires laboratory workflow knowledge, computer skills, coordination ability, and attention to detail. The candidate will help maintain smooth sample movement, timely reporting, and efficient lab service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily laboratory workflow and sample movement activities.
• Track pending samples, reports, and departmental processing status.
• Support sample registration, documentation, and report coordination.
• Communicate with collection centers, lab teams, and reporting departments.
• Maintain laboratory records, MIS reports, registers, and operational trackers.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
• Escalate sample delays, report issues, or operational gaps to seniors.
• Support urgent sample coordination and priority report follow-up.
• Maintain proper data entry accuracy in LIS or lab software.
• Coordinate with accessioning, technical, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and laboratory information.
• Support smooth, timely, and organized laboratory operations.
