Admin Executive

The Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting daily hospital administration, staff coordination, facility management, documentation, vendor coordination, inventory support, and operational follow-up. This requires Graduate or MBA qualification, 2–3 years of experience, strong coordination skills, computer knowledge, and administrative discipline. The candidate will help ensure smooth hospital operations and professional support to all departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily hospital administrative operations and department coordination.
• Maintain administrative records, registers, documents, files, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with clinical, non-clinical, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support teams.
• Assist in facility management, cleanliness monitoring, and basic infrastructure coordination.
• Handle vendor coordination, service follow-ups, purchase requests, and material tracking.
• Support attendance coordination, staff communication, and duty-related administrative work.
• Prepare daily reports, MIS data, expense records, and operational trackers.
• Assist in patient service coordination and resolve basic operational issues.
• Monitor availability of stationery, consumables, housekeeping items, and office supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance complaints, repairs, equipment issues, and service requirements.
• Ensure hospital policies, safety rules, and administrative SOPs are followed.
• Support management in meetings, documentation, and internal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of hospital records and administrative information.
• Escalate operational delays, complaints, or department issues to seniors promptly.
• Ensure smooth, disciplined, and efficient hospital administrative workflow.
