HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, staff engagement, HR documentation, and hospital workforce planning. This requires MBA or Graduate qualification, 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and healthcare HR understanding. The candidate will support smooth HR operations, employee satisfaction, and professional manpower management for the hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support staff positions.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR database accurately.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and HR communication.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime details, attendance reports, and monthly HR MIS.
• Support employee engagement, staff welfare, training, and internal communication activities.
• Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and documentation.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace behavior.
• Coordinate with administration and management for manpower planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR-related information.
• Support compliance documentation, staff verification, and HR policy implementation.
• Track attrition, joining, vacancies, and recruitment performance reports.
• Resolve basic employee concerns professionally and escalate critical issues when required.
