Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative, and support staff roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, databases, and recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct initial HR discussions regarding expectations, experience, salary, and availability.
- Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment communication.
- Prepare candidate evaluation records, hiring trackers, and recruitment status reports.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining documents, onboarding formalities, and induction support.
- Maintain manpower requirement data and coordinate with departments for staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future hospital vacancies.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions without compromising candidate quality.
- Support background verification, reference checks, and document collection when required.
- Maintain professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, administration, and department heads for joining formalities.
- Track recruitment sources, interview outcomes, offer acceptance, and joining status.
- Follow hospital HR policies, confidentiality standards, and recruitment documentation practices.
