Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment support for clinical, nursing, administrative, and support staff roles.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding documentation, induction support, and employee file creation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, HR documents, and staff database.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and HR communication.
- Support payroll inputs, overtime details, attendance reports, and monthly HR MIS preparation.
- Coordinate with employees for HR queries related to leave, attendance, policies, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records, salary details, and HR-related information.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and employee record verification.
- Assist in performance review coordination, probation confirmation, and staff feedback processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training programs, staff welfare, and internal communication activities.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace conduct as per hospital policy.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, joining reports, attrition data, and manpower requirement records.
- Coordinate with administration and department heads for smooth workforce planning.
