- Manage assigned departmental operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Coordinate with hospital administration, HR, operations, finance, and department heads.
- Monitor team performance, duty allocation, work progress, and process compliance.
- Support senior management in planning, execution, reporting, and decision follow-up.
- Handle operational issues, staff coordination matters, and departmental escalations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure hospital policies, SOPs, documentation standards, and internal processes are followed.
- Support manpower planning, staff coordination, and department-wise requirement tracking.
- Review pending tasks, approvals, service gaps, and process delays for timely resolution.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare action points, and follow up with responsible teams.
- Maintain accurate records, official communication, and department documentation.
- Support audits, compliance activities, quality initiatives, and performance improvement tasks.
- Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, patients, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Guide team members on discipline, productivity, documentation, and service standards.
