Experienced Biological / Clinical Data Manager responsible for overseeing collection, validation, management, and analysis of biological and clinical research data to support clinical trials, laboratory studies, and healthcare research initiatives. Skilled in database management, data quality control, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Adept at ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and accurate documentation to support research outcomes, regulatory submissions, and decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage collection, validation, and maintenance of biological and clinical data.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of research and trial datasets.
• Develop and maintain clinical or biological data management systems and databases.
• Review case report forms, laboratory data, and source documentation.
• Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution activities.
• Coordinate with clinical research teams, laboratories, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory guidelines, and data management standards.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Support clinical trials, biological studies, and research-related data activities.
• Prepare data reports, summaries, and statistical outputs for analysis.
• Maintain audit trails, documentation, and version-controlled records.
• Assist in database lock, data transfer, and study closeout activities.
• Identify process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions when required.
• Stay updated on clinical data management practices, tools, and compliance standards.
