Staff Nurse

Job Description:

Apex Heart Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff (Cath Lab) with hands-on experience in catheterization laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensure smooth functioning of Cath Lab operations, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiologists in diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures (angiography, angioplasty, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment, instruments, and consumables
• Ensure adherence to sterilization, radiation safety, and infection control protocols
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures
• Handle and operate Cath Lab machines and monitoring systems
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technical staff for smooth procedure flow
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure proper patient preparation and post-procedure care
• Manage inventory and stock of Cath Lab supplies
• Follow hospital policies for quality standards and patient safety
