Job Description

The Manager – International Sales will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s international sales business across assigned regions. The involves developing sales strategies,entifying new markets, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will work closely with distributors, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export operations while maintaining compliance with international standards and business practices.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and penetrate new global markets and expand the company’s international footprint.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, importers, and key international clients.
  • Drive business development activities including lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with international partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies across regions.
  • Ensure timely execution of export orders in coordination with production, QA, and logistics teams.
  • Track sales performance and prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales plans.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams for product registrations and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payment terms, letters of credit (LC), and coordination with finance teams.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for global brand promotion and positioning.
  • entify new product opportunities based on international market demand.
  • Manage sales pipeline, order tracking, and client communication effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor sales teams or representatives in international markets.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with global market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
