Manager- Quality Control Job in Ahmedabad at Cadila Pharmaceuticals

Job Description

The Manager - Quality Control will be responsible for managing stability activities, stability sample planning, data review, documentation, regulatory compliance, and formulation product quality support at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Ahmedabad. This requires B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry qualification with 14–17 years of experience in quality control, stability management, formulation testing, analytical review, and GMP-compliant laboratory operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage stability studies for formulation products as per approved protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee stability sample charging, withdrawal, testing, review, and documentation activities.
  • Review stability data, analytical trends, specifications, COA, chromatograms, and test reports.
  • Ensure stability studies comply with ICH guidelines, GMP, GLP, GDP, and data integrity standards.
  • Coordinate with QC, QA, regulatory affairs, production, packaging, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor stability chamber conditions, calibration status, excursions, and maintenance records.
  • Review stability failures, OOS, OOT, deviations, and support investigation closure.
  • Prepare stability summaries, trend reports, annual product review inputs, and regulatory support documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of stability testing and report generation.
  • Guide QC team members on stability documentation, analytical review, and compliance practices.
  • Support product registration, variation filing, and market-specific stability data requirements.
  • Participate in audits and respond to stability-related regulatory queries.
  • Track stability commitments, sample inventory, and protocol compliance.
  • Identify quality trends and recommend improvement actions for formulation products.
  • Ensure robust, compliant, and inspection-ready stability management.
