Job Description

Sales Manager - Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets. The involves team management, market development, business planning, customer engagement, and performance monitoring to strengthen market presence and revenue generation.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and supervise sales teams to ensure effective field operations and target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, customers, and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales reports, market feedback, and business performance data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility in the market.
  • Guide and support team members in customer handling, sales techniques, and market development activities.
  • Organize doctor meetings, camps, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market updates, and business performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address escalations or service-related concerns effectively.
  • Train and mentor sales executives and field staff for performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and reporting standards.
