Junior Manager - Quality Control Testing

Experienced Junior Manager - Quality Control Testing responsible for overseeing laboratory testing activities, analytical operations, and quality compliance within regulated manufacturing environments. Skilled in analytical testing, laboratory coordination, method compliance, data review, and GMP practices. Adept at ensuring accurate testing, timely sample analysis, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement of laboratory operations to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control testing activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure analytical testing is performed as per approved methods, specifications, and SOPs.
• Review laboratory data, test results, and analytical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate sample management, testing schedules, and laboratory workflow activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigation of OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory incidents.
• Coordinate calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Monitor laboratory performance metrics and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
• Assist in method validation, transfer, and verification activities when required.
• Maintain laboratory records, logbooks, and documentation systems accurately.
• Train and guide laboratory personnel on testing procedures and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with QA, production, and regulatory teams for quality-related activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance assessments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safe laboratory practices and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
