Therapy Manager - Fluid Job in Bangalore at Fresenius Kabi

Job Description

The Therapy Manager – Fluid will be responsible for creating demand for fluid therapy products, implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The involves conducting customer visits, organizing promotional activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should possess strong communication, relationship-building, and sales management skills with a good understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promote fluid therapy products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Create product awareness and generate demand through effective sales and promotional activities.
  • Implement company sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, distributors, and stockists.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Plan and schedule customer calls and visits as per targeted call frequency and territory plans.
  • Maintain daily call reports in SMMS and submit all required business reports on time.
  • Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively using approved marketing materials.
  • Organize CMEs, doctor meets, awareness programs, and promotional activities regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback and provide timely insights to management.
  • Ensure proper product mix while booking orders and handling customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with stock points, distributors, C&F agents, and internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor sales orders, collections, receivables, and payment follow-ups within the territory.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, concerns, and expectations.
  • Handle customer complaints, service issues, and product concerns promptly as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare territory plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams for product promotion and business development initiatives.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through continuous engagement and value-added support.
