Executive - Legal

The Executive – Legal will be responsible for handling legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and coordination with internal departments and external legal authorities. The involves reviewing agreements, maintaining legal records, supporting litigation matters, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The candidate should possess strong analytical, drafting, communication, and organizational skills with a sound understanding of corporate and commercial legal practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, contracts, notices, and corporate documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company legal policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and contract-related matters.
• Support legal due diligence, compliance reviews, and risk assessment activities.
• Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, licenses, and statutory documents accurately.
• Assist in handling litigation matters, legal notices, disputes, and case follow-ups.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Review vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and commercial documents.
• Monitor legal compliance timelines, renewals, and statutory filing requirements.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Assist in implementation of legal compliance frameworks and internal policies.
• Prepare legal reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation for management review.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive legal and business information.
• Support intellectual property, trademark, licensing, and documentation-related activities when required.
• Coordinate contract execution, approvals, and document tracking processes efficiently.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance verification activities.
• Assist in drafting responses to legal queries, notices, and regulatory communications.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting business operations and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, procurement, and business teams for legal support requirements.
