MRD Executive

The MRD Executive will be responsible for maintaining medical records, patient file management, discharge file tracking, documentation control, record retrieval, coding support, and MRD compliance at Sahrudaya Health Care, Pune. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–4 years of MRD experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain patient medical records, case sheets, discharge summaries, and clinical documents.
• Collect, verify, arrange, and file IPD, OPD, emergency, and discharge records.
• Ensure patient files are complete with consent forms, investigation reports, treatment notes, and summaries.
• Track pending discharge summaries, incomplete files, and missing documents.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, insurance, and administration teams for record completion.
• Retrieve medical records for audits, insurance, legal, clinical, or patient-related requirements.
• Maintain MRD registers, file movement records, indexing, and documentation logs.
• Support medical coding, data entry, and record digitization when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient medical information.
• Follow hospital MRD policies, documentation standards, and medico-legal requirements.
• Support NABH, internal audit, and statutory documentation requirements.
• Ensure accurate, organized, and timely medical record management.
