Patient Care Executive

The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for supporting patients through consultation, diagnostics, billing, counselling, procedure coordination, and follow-up communication. This requires good communication skills, patient-friendly behavior, coordination ability, and hospital workflow understanding. The candidate will help improve patient experience by ensuring timely guidance, service support, and smooth communication across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide patients and attendants through hospital services and department flow.
• Coordinate appointments, consultation, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, and follow-up activities.
• Assist patients with registration, documentation, reports, and service queries.
• Act as a communication link between patients, doctors, optometrists, counsellors, and front office teams.
• Track patient movement and reduce waiting time through timely coordination.
• Provide accurate information about doctor availability, tests, and hospital procedures.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Maintain patient interaction records, feedback notes, and follow-up details.
• Support counselling and surgery coordination without giving unauthorized medical advice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Ensure patients receive respectful, clear, and helpful communication.
• Support overall patient satisfaction and smooth service experience.
