Job Description
The Liaison Executive will be responsible for managing external communications, coordinating with regulatory authorities, corporates, insurance partners, and other institutions, and ensuring smooth handling of official processes and documentation. The requires excellent communication skills, networking ability, and knowledge of hospital operations and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with corporates, institutions, and organizations for empanelment and partnerships.
- Facilitate smooth communication between hospital and external stakeholders.
- Manage liaisoning activities for licenses, approvals, and statutory compliances.
- Support TPA and insurance coordination when required.
- Follow up with authorities for timely approvals and documentation processes.
- Represent the hospital in meetings, events, and official interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Assist in organizing health camps, corporate tie-ups, and outreach programs.
- Maintain records of all liaisoning activities and communications.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track status of applications, approvals, and renewals.
- Handle queries and issues related to external coordination.
- Support marketing and business development teams in building partnerships.
- Ensure smooth coordination for audits, inspections, and government visits.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
- entify opportunities for collaboration and institutional growth.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and statutory documents.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on liaison activities.
- Contribute to enhancing the hospital’s external relations and reputation.
