Job Description
The Quality Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems across the hospital. The includes supporting audits, tracking quality indicators, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, and coordinating with departments to improve overall healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining hospital quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track quality indicators across departments.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data to management.
- Conduct internal audits and support external accreditation audits.
- entify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with department heads for quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to quality processes, audits, and compliance.
- Support infection control practices and patient safety programs.
- Assist in organizing quality and safety committee meetings.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on quality metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per standards.
- Monitor adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and protocols.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments and incident reporting processes.
- Follow up on action plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Support patient feedback and grievance redressal systems.
- Ensure readiness for inspections and regulatory evaluations.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the hospital.
- Perform additional quality-related tasks assigned by management.
