Job Description
The Executive – HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, attendance and payroll support, and employee relations. The requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a healthcare environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support disciplinary actions and HR policy implementation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain workforce data.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage exit processes including resignation, clearance, and final settlements.
- Support audits related to HR compliance and documentation.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and HR initiatives.
- Contribute to overall HR operations and organizational development.
