The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR administration activities. The requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR policies, and the ability to manage a healthcare workforce efficiently while ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for hospital staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff upskilling.
- Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support disciplinary actions and HR policy enforcement.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Assist in policy development and implementation across departments.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Handle exit formalities including resignation, clearance, and final settlement.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in audits related to HR compliance and documentation.
- Support hospital leadership in strategic HR planning and initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
