Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling patient interactions at the reception, managing registrations and appointments, coordinating with departments, and ensuring efficient front desk operations. The requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centric approach to maintain high service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
• Maintain and update patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth patient flow.
• Manage appointment calendars and minimize waiting time for patients.
• Assist in billing coordination and guide patients regarding payment processes.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure proper queue management and front desk efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and data security.
• Coordinate with TPA/insurance desk for patient-related queries when required.
• Assist in emergency situations by guiding patients appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Maintain a positive and patient-friendly environment at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
