Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records and stock documentation accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medical and non-medical supplies.
- Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with procurement and departmental teams effectively.
- Monitor material movement and inventory utilization regularly.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock summaries periodically.
- Handle damaged, expired, and non-moving inventory appropriately.
- Maintain proper labeling and traceability of materials.
