Business Development

The Business Development professional will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing referral networks, promoting eye care services, coordinating outreach activities, and supporting patient acquisition. This requires strong communication, field coordination, relationship management, and target-oriented work discipline. The candidate will help expand hospital visibility and improve patient footfall through ethical healthcare business development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for eye hospital services.
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, optical stores, and referral partners.
• Promote cataract, retina, cornea, glaucoma, refractive, and general ophthalmology services.
• Conduct field visits, referral follow-ups, and local market development activities.
• Generate leads, referrals, enquiries, and patient conversion opportunities.
• Support eye camps, health awareness programs, and corporate outreach events.
• Coordinate with counsellors, doctors, front office, and operations teams for patient support.
• Maintain lead records, visit reports, referral data, and activity trackers.
• Collect market feedback and identify local growth opportunities.
• Support branding activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Communicate hospital services clearly, professionally, and ethically.
• Achieve assigned business development and referral targets.
