Medical Admin

Kauvery Hospital is seeking a Medical Admin to oversee day-to-day medical administration activities, ensuring smooth clinical operations and adherence to hospital policies. The involves coordinating with doctors and departments, managing documentation, and supporting compliance, audits, and quality initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing teams, and department heads to ensure seamless clinical operations
• Oversee daily medical administration functions and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards
• Support accreditation processes including NABH/JCI compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Manage doctors’ schedules, duty rosters, on-call planning, and leave coordination
• Monitor clinical documentation, medical records, and case sheet accuracy and completeness
• Address patient concerns and escalations in coordination with clinical teams to ensure timely resolution
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of clinical protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives
• Handle medico-legal cases and ensure proper documentation and statutory reporting
• Support credentialing, empanelment, and onboarding of medical professionals
• Prepare reports, track key operational metrics, and assist management in decision-making
