Manager - North Kashmir

The Manager – North Kashmir will be responsible for managing regional operations, business coordination, team supervision, and service growth across assigned North Kashmir locations. This requires strong leadership, local market understanding, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with hospital departments, field teams, partners, and management. The candidate will support operational targets, patient outreach, reporting, relationship management, and smooth execution of organizational initiatives in the assigned region.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage regional operations and coordination activities across assigned North Kashmir locations.
• Develop and execute local growth plans aligned with hospital business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational support.
• Monitor regional performance, daily activities, leads, patient footfall, and service outcomes.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, referral partners, and local stakeholders.
• Supervise field staff, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Identify business opportunities, outreach areas, and improvement needs within the region.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, activity updates, and performance summaries for management.
• Support patient awareness campaigns, local marketing activities, and community engagement programs.
• Resolve regional operational issues, service concerns, and coordination gaps effectively.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, service standards, and professional communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing, reception, clinical, and administration teams for campaign execution.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and patient feedback in the assigned region.
• Support achievement of monthly targets through disciplined follow-up and execution.
• Represent the hospital professionally in regional meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions.
