Academic Co-ordinator

The Academic Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing academic schedules, training coordination, faculty communication, student documentation, program records, meetings, and institutional academic activities. This requires graduate qualification, coordination skills, documentation accuracy, communication ability, and computer knowledge. The candidate will support smooth academic administration in a healthcare education environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic schedules, lectures, training sessions, seminars, and institutional programs.
• Maintain student, faculty, attendance, timetable, and academic documentation records.
• Communicate with faculty, students, departments, and administration for academic activities.
• Support exam coordination, practical sessions, assessment records, and result documentation.
• Prepare academic reports, meeting notes, trackers, and daily coordination updates.
• Assist in organizing workshops, CME programs, orientation sessions, and training events.
• Maintain course files, circulars, notices, academic calendars, and internal communication.
• Coordinate classroom, hall, equipment, and teaching material arrangements.
• Follow up for pending academic documents, forms, approvals, and submissions.
• Support accreditation, inspection, audit, and compliance documentation.
• Handle student or faculty queries politely and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of academic and institutional records.
• Coordinate with HR, administration, clinical departments, and management as required.
• Ensure academic processes run smoothly and on time.
