Job Description
The Therapy Manager – Enteral Nutrition will be responsible for creating demand for enteral nutrition products, implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The involves conducting customer visits, promoting product awareness, organizing scientific activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer support. The candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills with knowledge of healthcare and nutrition-related products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote enteral nutrition products to doctors, dieticians, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Create product awareness and increase product usage through effective customer engagement activities.
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory sales and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Plan and schedule customer calls and visits as per targeted call frequency and territory plans.
- Maintain daily call reports in SMMS and submit all required reports within timelines.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively using approved marketing tools.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meets, awareness programs, and scientific promotional activities regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback and provide timely business insights.
- Ensure proper product mix while booking orders and handling customer requirements.
- Coordinate with stockists, distributors, C&F agents, and internal teams for smooth order processing and supply management.
- Monitor sales orders, collections, receivables, and payment follow-up activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Handle customer complaints, product-related concerns, and service issues promptly as per company norms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare territory plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams for promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through consistent engagement and value-added support.
- Stay updated with enteral nutrition trends, healthcare developments, and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
