Detail-oriented Executive - Project Management responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring activities across business functions. Roles & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of projects according to defined timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project schedules, status reports, and management presentations.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action item tracking with stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking and monitoring project-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, SOPs, and organizational policies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders when required.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
- Assist in change management and implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects.
- Support successful project closure, reporting, and post-implementation reviews.
