Job Description
The Executive / Sr. Executive – Product Management will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of product strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities. The involves market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, and close coordination with sales and cross-functional teams. The candidate will contribute to product lifecycle management, support product launches, and help drive growth in line with business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing product management and marketing strategies.

- Assist in organizing promotional activities, conferences, and seminars.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, QA, and logistics.
- Identify growth opportunities and suggest innovative marketing initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
