Customer Care Associate

The Customer Care Associate will support patient service, enquiry management, appointment coordination, service guidance, complaint handling, and customer experience at Zydus Hospitals Family Clinic, Gota, Ahmedabad. This requires graduation with minimum 5 years of customer care or healthcare service experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through walk-in, phone, and service desk communication.
• Provide information about doctors, timings, services, reports, and clinic processes.
• Support appointment booking, patient follow-up, and service coordination.
• Guide patients for consultation, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services.
• Maintain enquiry records, feedback details, appointment logs, and patient communication records.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and support teams.
• Resolve patient queries politely and escalate complaints when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
• Ensure smooth, respectful, and patient-friendly customer care support.
• Improve patient satisfaction through professional communication.
