Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for hospital promotion, field marketing, lead generation, referral development, local branding, and patient outreach activities at Sahadev Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires Graduate or MBA Marketing qualification with 5–7 years of experience, good communication skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, and ability to build strong professional relationships in the local market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, facilities, and healthcare programs.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners regularly.
• Generate patient leads, enquiries, referrals, and business opportunities from assigned areas.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local healthcare providers and community contacts.
• Support hospital branding, awareness campaigns, health camps, and outreach activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral data, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for referral patient support.
• Track market response, competitor activities, patient feedback, and local healthcare demand.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Follow up with referral partners for service feedback and relationship strengthening.
• Achieve assigned field visit, lead generation, and referral targets.
• Support digital and offline marketing activities when required.
• Escalate service issues from patients or referral sources to seniors promptly.
• Prepare marketing MIS reports and campaign performance updates.
