HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and staff support at Sahadev Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires MBA or Graduate in HR qualification with 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and understanding of hospital HR processes. The candidate will support smooth manpower management and a professional hospital work culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support staff positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, walk-ins, and internal hiring channels.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for selection.
• Manage joining formalities, document collection, onboarding, and employee file creation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance details, leave data, HR files, and staff database.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and HR communications.
• Coordinate staff queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, overtime records, attendance reports, and monthly HR MIS.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional workplace behavior.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training schedules, and internal communication activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, and hospital-related information.
• Assist in statutory compliance documentation and HR audit readiness.
• Support manpower planning and department-wise staff requirement tracking.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth HR workflow.
