Customer Care Associate

The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for patient communication, enquiry handling, appointment coordination, service guidance, complaint support, and customer experience management at Zydus Hospitals Family Clinic, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. This requires graduation with minimum 5 years of customer care or healthcare service experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors professionally.
• Handle patient enquiries related to doctors, services, appointments, reports, and clinic processes.
• Coordinate appointment booking, patient follow-up, and service communication.
• Guide patients to consultation, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology areas.
• Maintain enquiry records, patient interaction logs, appointment details, and feedback records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, reception, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and support teams.
• Handle patient complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and service records.
• Ensure smooth communication and patient-friendly service experience.
• Support high-quality customer care and patient satisfaction.
