The Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting hospital administrative, HR, coordination, documentation, and departmental operational activities. Roles & Responsibilities
- Support daily executive-level administrative and coordination activities within the hospital.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, registers, documents, and department-wise data.
- Coordinate with HR, administration, operations, finance, and department heads for assigned tasks.
- Prepare letters, reports, MIS, follow-up sheets, and official communication as required.
- Assist in employee coordination, documentation, onboarding support, and internal communication.
- Track pending approvals, department requirements, employee queries, and operational updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital, staff, and management-related information.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, joining formalities, and HR documentation when required.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Handle vendor, staff, and internal department communication professionally.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per management instructions.
- Maintain proper filing, digital records, and documentation traceability.
- Support compliance, audit, HR, and administrative reporting requirements.
- Identify process gaps and communicate them to seniors for improvement.
