Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance coordination, onboarding, payroll support, training coordination, and employee relations. This requires strong communication skills, HR process knowledge, compliance awareness, and experience in handling hospital staff requirements. The candidate will support smooth HR operations while maintaining employee records, resolving staff concerns, and ensuring policy compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee support.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for hospital clinical, administrative, and support staff positions.
- Maintain employee files, joining documents, qualification records, experience letters, and HR data.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure new staff understand hospital policies and procedures.
- Track attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and payroll-related inputs accurately.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating salary inputs, deductions, attendance, and approvals.
- Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, grievances, and routine HR communication.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements, staffing gaps, and performance concerns.
- Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attrition records, and compliance documentation.
- Support implementation of HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, staff development programs, and mandatory compliance trainings.
- Ensure compliance with hospital rules, labor requirements, documentation standards, and HR processes.
- Assist in performance appraisal activities, confirmation reviews, and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records, HR decisions, and sensitive workplace information.
- Promote professionalism, discipline, teamwork, and positive employee relations across the hospital.
