Doctor

The Doctor will be responsible for patient assessment, clinical examination, diagnosis support, treatment planning, emergency care, medical documentation, and coordination with hospital departments. This requires MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS qualification with 2–3 years of experience, sound clinical knowledge, patient communication skills, and professional medical judgment. The candidate will ensure timely, safe, and ethical patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend OPD, IPD, emergency, ward, and assigned hospital patients.
• Take patient history, perform clinical examination, and assess medical condition.
• Provide initial treatment, medical advice, and clinical support as per hospital protocol.
• Monitor admitted patients, vitals, investigation reports, and treatment response.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and urgent patient care requirements.
• Write prescriptions, progress notes, treatment orders, and clinical documentation.
• Review laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic reports and update consultants when required.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for medication, investigations, and patient care plans.
• Counsel patients and relatives under appropriate clinical guidance.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, handover notes, and medical records.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, consent, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Support referral, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes.
• Escalate critical cases to senior doctors or consultants promptly.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and professional medical care.
