Associate Consultant

Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking for a Associate Consultant (ICU) to provide continuous patient care, support consultants in clinical management, and ensure high standards of treatment within the ICU.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately
• Attend ward rounds and follow consultant treatment plans
• Monitor patient condition and promptly update consultants on any changes
• Perform clinical procedures as per consultant guidance
• Provide 24/7 on-call medical support and ensure continuous patient care
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records and documentation
• Coordinate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure proper shift handovers with detailed patient updates
• Arrange investigations, treatments, and discharge processes asected
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards
• Participate in training programs (BLS/ACLS) and ongoing clinical learning
