Job Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for handling customer interactions, analyzing service data, and supporting operational teams to improve service quality and efficiency. The involves managing customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, and generating insights to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries through calls, emails, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic services, test reports, appointments, and health packages.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, labs, logistics) to resolve customer complaints and escalations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, and closure of queries.
  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and service trends toentify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on customer interactions, service performance, and key metrics.
  • entify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for query resolution and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Support business teams with insights derived from customer data and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer handling and service processes.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely closure.
  • Support implementation of customer engagement and retention initiatives.
  • entify opportunities to enhance customer journey and service delivery.
  • Assist in training team members on customer interaction best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving attitude in all interactions.
