Floor Executive

The Floor Executive will be responsible for managing floor activities, assisting patients and attendants, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments, and ensuring high standards of service and patient satisfaction. The requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a patient-centric approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on assigned floors to ensure smooth functioning.
• Assist patients and attendants with queries, guidance, and support.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and departments for patient requirements.
• Ensure timely admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambience of the floor.
• Ensure availability of necessary supplies and report shortages.
• Support billing, TPA, and administrative processes when required.
• Handle patient complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Maintain discipline and proper coordination among support staff.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and service quality.
• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Maintain records, reports, and logs related to floor activities.
• Ensure proper communication during shift handovers.
• Support quality audits and accreditation processes (NABH).
• Promote a patient-friendly and supportive environment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for upkeep.
• Ensure safety protocols and infection control practices are followed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
