Finance Executive

The Finance Executive will support daily finance work, accounting entries, reconciliation, payment records, expense tracking, MIS preparation, and documentation. The requires B.Com or M.Com qualification, computer skills, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, receipts, payments, and expense records.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, sales, and journal entries.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, billing reconciliation, and collection reports.
• Maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Coordinate with billing, accounts, vendors, and departments for records.
• Support GST, TDS, audit files, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare basic finance MIS and ledger summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data.
