OT Nurse responsible for supporting surgical procedures, operation theatre preparation, patient care, infection control, and perioperative nursing activities. Skilled in GNM nursing, OT assistance, critical care, orthopedics support, medicine handling, and sterile technique.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare operation theatre for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control.
• Prepare patients for surgery and recovery support.
• Monitor patient condition during perioperative care.
• Maintain OT nursing records accurately.
• Coordinate with CSSD and surgical teams.
• Ensure availability of instruments and consumables.
• Support emergency and scheduled surgeries.
• Follow OT safety and hospital SOPs.
• Educate patients regarding pre- and post-operative care.
• Contribute to safe surgical outcomes.
