Role & Responsibilities:

- Resolve operational issues and support quick decision-making at unit level.
- Ensure staff discipline, duty allocation, and team coordination.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with senior management for operational planning and improvements.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards.
- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements.
