We are hiring a Patient Relationship Manager to manage patient communication, counselling support, financial guidance, and overall patient experience in an IVF healthcare setup. The requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to guide patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, counsellors, and internal departments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end patient relationship activities from inquiry to treatment completion.
- Counsel patients regarding IVF treatment process, appointments, and required documentation.
- Provide financial counselling and explain treatment packages, payment plans, and billing support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with patients to improve conversion and treatment continuity.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, and front office teams for patient updates.
- Ensure excellent patient experience through timely communication and emotional support.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, complaints, and service-related escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up status, and counselling notes.
- Support patient retention by building trust and long-term relationships.
- Assist patients in understanding investigation requirements and treatment schedules.
- Track patient journey stages and ensure timely appointment coordination.
- Promote ethical, transparent, and patient-focused communication at all times.
- Support center-level patient satisfaction and service quality goals.
- Follow organization protocols related to confidentiality and patient care standards.
