Role & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with patients and support them throughout their care journey.
- Counsel patients about appointments, treatment flow, and center processes.
- Provide clear communication regarding consultation, investigation, and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate with medical, counselling, billing, and front desk teams for patient support.
- Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain patient follow-up records and update treatment journey status.
- Improve patient satisfaction through timely response and personalized assistance.
- Support patient conversion and retention through trust-based communication.
- Guide patients regarding documentation, reports, and appointment schedules.
- Escalate critical patient concerns to the appropriate department or management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and treatment details.
- Support patient care activities as per center protocols.
- Ensure smooth patient movement and service coordination within the center.
- Contribute to patient experience improvement initiatives.
