• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and front-office teams.
• Support treatment conversion and patient retention.
• Explain service packages and care processes clearly.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback.
• Follow up with patients during treatment journey.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Contribute to positive patient experience and clinic growth.
