Technical Assistant - Production OSD

We are looking for a Technical Assistant - Production OSD to support oral solid dosage manufacturing activities in a pharmaceutical production facility. The involves assisting in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, FBP, wurster coating, equipment cleaning, material movement, and production documentation support. The candidate should have hands-on production exposure and understanding of GMP, safety, and shop floor discipline.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily OSD production operations as per production instructions.
• Support granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and FBP activities.
• Help operators and executives in equipment setup, operation, and cleaning.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, safety instructions, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and proper material handling practices.
• Support line clearance, area clearance, and equipment status verification.
• Record production entries in logbooks and support batch documentation.
• Assist in loading, unloading, sieving, blending, and other process activities.
• Monitor basic machine operations and report abnormalities to seniors.
• Support cleaning of equipment, accessories, tools, and production areas.
• Coordinate with production team for smooth batch processing.
• Ensure correct labeling, segregation, and transfer of materials.
• Follow instructions related to product changeover and cleaning procedures.
• Support audit readiness through proper housekeeping and documentation discipline.
• Report safety issues, deviations, or process concerns immediately to supervisors.
