Senior Executive - QA

We are hiring a Senior Executive - QA to manage and strengthen quality assurance operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The involves handling IPQA activities, validation, qualification, GMP documentation, audit support, deviation management, and quality system compliance. The candidate should have strong technical understanding of pharma QA processes and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory and product quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise IPQA activities across manufacturing, packing, and quality areas.
• Ensure all processes comply with GMP, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.
• Review batch records, validation documents, qualification protocols, and QA reports.
• Lead shop floor quality checks, line clearance, and process monitoring activities.
• Support process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Handle deviations, change controls, incidents, CAPA, and investigation reports.
• Ensure timely review and closure of quality documents and compliance actions.
• Coordinate with production, QC, engineering, and regulatory teams for QA requirements.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Train junior QA staff and shop floor teams on GMP and documentation practices.
• Monitor documentation accuracy, data integrity, and record compliance.
• Evaluate quality risks and recommend preventive actions.
• Track quality trends and support continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain audit readiness across assigned QA functions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
