Executive - Production OSD

We are seeking an Executive - Production OSD to handle oral solid dosage manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical plant. The includes granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, FBP, wurster coating, batch documentation, GMP compliance, and production target achievement. The candidate should have hands-on experience in OSD production processes and strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Execute OSD production activities as per approved batch manufacturing records.
• Handle granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and FBP operations.
• Monitor shop floor activities to ensure production quality and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, safety standards, and production procedures.
• Verify equipment readiness, area clearance, and line clearance before production.
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper material handling, dispensing verification, and process flow.
• Monitor critical process parameters during OSD manufacturing stages.
• Support troubleshooting of production issues and equipment-related challenges.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets with quality compliance.
• Assist in cleaning validation, process validation, and equipment qualification activities.
• Report deviations, incidents, and process abnormalities to seniors.
• Train operators on production procedures, safety, and documentation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in production areas.
